Summary-Conclusions, Part Two

The Paul Nation Video indicates the presence of at least two non-combustion sources, spatially distinct and spectrally homogeneous.  The presence of combustion plumes and meteor ionization wakes are not identified in the imagery.  Plate 24 A shows in 2D neither combustion plumes (smoke)  nor ionized wake trails from meteor, atmospheric penetration.  Confirmation is further elaborated in the 3D representation  of Plate 24 A in Plate 24 B.  Some background emission is present in Plate 24 B’s bottom pixel area.  This frame has been extracted at 10 seconds.  Conclusion: neither fire nor vapor trails are present in the Paul Nation video.  Further Plate 27 A shows the apparent absence of emission from source one.  Plate 27 B clearly indicates the presence of emission, both frames designated: 6.0 seconds.  Two dimensional plot is seen as confirmation of emission presence of source one.  If source one is a bioluminescent pterosaur, then this animal has variable gradient intensity capability and not merely step function brightness: off-on-off.  Communication signals and other options are then available for conclusions regarding variable intensity as a function of time. Plate 27 B confirms the presence of background radiation, however specific geometry connected to the radiant sources is not available in the frames.  This is possibly due to emission saturation and Airy Blur function at the sources and through the line-of-sight electromagnetic wave propagation.  Variable water vapor coefficients may be present.  It should be stated that the very close proximity of the sources obviate a combustion requirement. Blur functions have increased which may indicate atmospheric turbulence along the LOS.  In addition to blur function generation as a function of the index of refraction of the atmosphere along the line-of-sight, the presence of transient rise in intensity as seen in Plate 26 plot removes the possibility of “cutting” and “pasting” external frames into the imagery.  Therefore the possibility of a hoax is essentially removed.

Two separate lights were videotaped, neither one being from any fire. The confirmed absence of vapor trails shows that the two lights were not from meteors.

Although the left light seems to disappear over several seconds, image processing shows that is grows much dimmer but does not completely turn off.

If the light comes from a bioluminescent pterosaur, the glow may be under complex control rather than a simple on-off switch.

Image processing also eliminates the “cut-and-paste” hoax possibility.

Paul Nation’s video footage of the two ropen lights (they could be called indava lights) are images of actual light sources, confirming his testimony that he videotaped the two lights. This proves the value of continued investigations into what eyewitnesses indicate are giant flying creatures, featherless, long-tailed, and matching what would be expected of living Rhamphorhynchoid pterosaurs.
